Why knot shop

There are most things you get at the Supermarket. Somethings are a lot cheaper, some are the same and others are a bit more expensive. You have to know your supermarket prices so that you can get the things that are cheaper there and leave the more expensive things to get cheaper else where. Tell me what supermarket has such a good deal. Be prepared to be tempted as there are lots of yummy not so good for you foods at very good prices.

They are very busy but try to get people through the check outs as quick as they can. I go every week to shop at Why Knots. Very affordable and If it wasnt for this place we would be eating rice and noodles every week. The only downer to this place is the customer service.

I know that they are busy alot but they should consider the needs of their customers and try taking their whole staff through a customer service course where they teach them how to do their job properly and smile. But thank yous any way for these cheap prices. One man making it easier for us all to get food at a cheaper price.

Good on you I have always found the staff to be very helpful. However customer service is shocking. You know the basic smile, thank you and excuse me. I walked into the store holding a baby and a toddler in my hand. I looked for a trolley, none thats fine, I will ask where the trolley's are. A young boy said he would look for one for me.

But his supervisor said no and told me to go and look for one in the car park. So I am supposed to wonder around the car park with a baby and toddler in toe when she could have sent the boy out to have a quick look and say sorry no trolley's.

That would have been fine. I told her that she had no customer service skills and that she was rude. I understood they had no trolley's but she could have been nicer about it!! Still no sorry. She just walked off!! Obviously she feels that stocking shelves is more important than customers!! I have been advertising to all my friends and family how wonderful this store is.
